A new high-profile partnership is taking shape in the UAE as DIA Holding and Khabib Nurmagomedov announce a long-term strategic collaboration. Their first joint project will be LuzOra Residences, a premium boutique development rising in the sought-after Dubai Islands district.
The partnership brings together two names associated with discipline, ambition, and strong personal brands. For Farukh Kurbanov, founder of DIA Holding, the alliance is built on more than public visibility — it reflects a shared mindset.
“For me, every completed project is a victory. We deliver every development on time and in full, and that requires tremendous willpower and discipline. In this, we are very similar to Khabib. He is an undefeated champion, and his approach has proven effective both in professional sport and in business. These are the qualities of a true leader, and this is exactly the kind of partner I have always wanted to see in DIA Holding,”
Kurbanov said.
Nurmagomedov, in turn, described the partnership as a meeting point of values, trust, and responsibility.
“Whether you step into a fight or prepare a major project, success is defined by the people you work with. Farukh, his team, and I share similar values and the same outlook on life. For him, just like for me, it is important not simply to make a loud statement, but to do the job in a way you can be proud of. We both understand that to build means to create a space where people will live and where new generations will grow. That is a great responsibility,”
he said.
At the center of the collaboration is LuzOra Residences, a premium Residence & Hotel concept featuring 108 apartments. The project is already under construction and is being developed near the waterfront in Dubai Islands, one of the city’s most closely watched new destinations.
The development is designed for both investors seeking short-term rental opportunities and residents looking for a serviced, resort-style lifestyle. Future residents will have access to a swimming pool, fitness center, and charging stations for electric vehicles. The beach is just 10 minutes away by golf cart, while a planned nearby school adds practical value for long-term family living. Completion is expected in Q2 2027.

Importantly, Khabib’s role will extend beyond brand representation. He is expected to be involved in shaping the concepts of future DIA Holding projects, with a focus on sports-oriented and socially driven infrastructure.
The Dubai Islands project marks the beginning of what both sides describe as a broader partnership in the UAE. Looking ahead, the collaboration is expected to produce new developments where quality of life, family values, and sport are reflected not only in branding, but in the design philosophy itself.

DIA Holding operates internationally in the field of residential, commercial, and social real estate. The company’s portfolio includes more than 25 projects totaling over 783,000 square meters, with the UAE positioned as one of its strategic growth markets.
