Dr. Reema Al Kyed is the author of the Arabic book Finding the Answer Between Tranquility and Existence, a reflective exploration of human dignity, human values, respect for diversity, and the search for existence. She is also the author of a forthcoming book that is expected to become the first Arabic reference dedicated exclusively to the implementation of the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGPs), introducing a practical framework for integrating human rights into organizational governance, leadership, policies, and decision-making. Her published research, policy papers, and evaluation studies focus on ESG, sustainability, governance, women’s economic empowerment.
Dr. Reema Al Kyed is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Future Mission and United Mission. Throughout her career, she has partnered with governments, United Nations agencies, international organizations, and development partners across the Middle East, leading multidisciplinary teams and advancing institutional development initiatives in diverse country contexts. Her extensive field experience in some of the region’s most vulnerable communities has shaped her practical understanding of humanitarian and development challenges. Her work continues to address emerging global challenges, exploring the intersection of Business and Human Rights, Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG), Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Interfaith Dialogue.
Dr. Al Kyed specializes in interfaith dialogue, tolerance, and peaceful coexistence, advocating for meeting one another at the human level as the foundation for building bridges of understanding, fostering meaningful dialogue, and advancing lasting peace and shared prosperity. She has participated in international forums and conferences and holds certifications in Interfaith Dialogue, Religion, Conflict and Peace from institutions including Harvard University and the London School of International Business.
